Trevdan Building Supply Rebuilds Stronger with NOCOM

In February 2024, firefighters from across Chester County, PA battled a blaze at an industrial building in Chester Springs. The fire drew a multi-alarm response, caused significant damage, and required a complete rebuild of the facility.  For Trevdan Building Supply, the fire was more than a setback. As one of the region’s leading suppliers of commercial and fire-rated building materials, including structural cement fire-rated subfloor products, Trevdan plays a key role in the building materials marketplace. Getting their operation back online was critical not only for their business, but also for the many contractors and suppliers who rely on them.

To meet modern building requirements while working within the original footprint, Trevdan selected NOCOM® Structural Cement Board. This choice enabled them to add a second floor and rebuild stronger than before and in less time than conventional construction methods.
